– Provide additional insight into the design and includes:

house or 2D elevation drawings of each building face.

Floor Plans with outline dimensions and window/door
schedule (types and sizes)

Cross section drawing with typical construction notes.(
foundation, wall, floor and roof assemblies)
Construction Plans
– Required for Building Permit, construction and/or to obtain accurate pricing:
- Fully dimensioned Foundation, Floor and Roof
plans.
- Elevation drawings.
- Building Cross sections and Construction details.
- All drawings are detailed and accurate.
